According to the dramatic reports circulating, Arbeloa made the decision following a difficult period at the club, with growing concerns surrounding performances, tactical decisions and several significant errors that have placed increasing pressure on the coaching staff.
The former Spanish international is said to have informed the club and players of his decision in a deeply emotional letter. In the message, Arbeloa reportedly thanked the players, staff and supporters for their commitment and support during his time in charge.
His reported departure has immediately triggered widespread reaction among Fulham supporters, many of whom are questioning what went wrong and what direction the club will take next.
