Kentucky Baseball continues to strengthen its roster as it prepares for the upcoming season, addressing the departures of several key players through the transfer portal. One of the Wildcats’ most significant additions is outfielder Alex Kelsey, who chose Kentucky over Clemson, according to KSR.<\/p>\n

With Ryan Schwartz entering the transfer portal and outfielders Carson Hansen, Will Marcy, and Scott Campbell Jr. exhausting their eligibility, Kentucky faced a pressing need to rebuild its outfield depth. Additionally, the future of Jayce Tharnish and Braxton Van Cleave remains uncertain as both are eligible for the MLB Draft.<\/p>\n
